The origines
Coins which where found prouve that romans and celts already knew and appreciated PREBLAUER water.

In 1233 the bishops of Bamberg ordered the water being delivered to them, filled in sealed clay jars.

Theophrastus Bombastus of Hohenheim In 1538 the famous scientist and medicin Theophrastus Bombastus of Hohenheim, better known under the name PARACELSUS described PREBLAUER with the following words: "... is effecting excellence remedy forces".

The name "PREBLAUER Sauerbrunn" appears for the first time in written documents in 1575 and 37 years later the spring was precisely marked in a map of the carinthian dukedom.

In the middle of the 17th century the medecin Dr. Freisinger-Mistuzzi prescribed the water to many of his patients to sustain his medical treatments.
